Your Promo Kit
Kay is looking forward to a wildly
successful event with your group. We are here to support you with your
fundraising efforts in any way we can. Enclosed you will find every tool
you need to promote your event and bring full lives and empty schedules
to your attendees.
As a sponsoring entity for the Workshops offered by Kay Kotan, we ask that you promote this event with significant exposure for
20-30 days to gain the most opportunity for fundraising and to bring
attendees to learn how to get off the moving sidewalk of life.
TICKETS
You may sell tickets one of two ways:
1. Print tickets from the master we will provide you. Make sure you
print them on an unusual color or texture of paper so they cannot be
easily duplicated. You can also punch a hole in them of an unusual shape
to assist with unauthorized duplication. We can provide the ticket
either in black and white or full color.
2. At your request, we will set up an on-line ticket purchase option,
where attendees can go to register for the Workshop and print their
ticket on-line.
3. You may also choose to do a combination of both printing physical
tickets to sell as well as directing attendees on-line for ticket
purchase.
NEWSLETTER
We will provide you with an article to print in your weekly newsletter
for at least three consecutive weeks prior to the event. This article is
also suitable to be included on your website.
E-MAIL
We will also happily supply you with the content for two e-mail blasts
to send out to members notifying them of the event and the special
project or group that will be benefiting from the fundraiser. We ask the
first e-mail be sent three-four weeks prior to the event to introduce
the event and invite them to purchase their tickets. The second e-mail
blast should be sent 7-10 days prior to the event to remind them of the
event.
MULTI-MEDIA
We will also provide you with a Power Point Slide (personalized as you
desire) with the program information to be used in your services for the
three Sundays in advance of the Full Schedules, Empty Lives Workshop
event.
WEBSITE
We ask that you promote the event on your website. You are welcome to
use any of the aforementioned formats to do so. Or, you may request a
custom format to meet your needs.
